Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to room reservations and additional services made at Château La Bruguière. They are those in effect at the date of confirmation of your reservation on the various sites offering our services. They cancel and replace all previously published and/or accepted general terms and conditions of sale by the customer. They are deemed to have been read and accepted by the customer at the time of their online or telephone reservation.

The Customer undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition, and to declare and assume financially, if necessary, any damage or broken or lost objects for which he/she is responsible.

Château La Bruguière provides its guests with wifi internet access throughout the establishment. The client agrees that the computer resources made available to them will not be used for fraudulent or illegal purposes, including committing any acts of infringement of third-party rights, hacking, and/or illegal downloading protected by copyright or neighboring rights as sanctioned by the Intellectual Property Code. Access to the Natural Swimming Pool
You are about to swim in a natural, eco-friendly, and sustainable pool, where the quality of the water is maintained through continuous movement, biological filtration, and oxygenation by aquatic plants. This is living, pure water—just like the rivers of the Cévennes—but as delicate as they are. That is why we take great care in maintaining it. The biologic swimming pool is accessible daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. during the open season (from May to October, depending on the weather). Swimming is unsupervised, and a maximum of four swimmers are allowed at a time.
Access is exclusively reserved for resident guests. As such, we kindly ask you to use the bathroom facilities provided in your respective rooms and, of course, to take a shower with soap before entering the pool. One last precaution: the ecosystem of this natural pool cannot tolerate sunscreen (just like rivers). If you are sensitive to the sun, we provide a specially designed sunblock for your use.
We reserve the right to restrict access should there be any concerns about water quality. More generally, guests are required to strictly adhere to the attached regulations and follow all instructions regarding access to and use of this space.
Access capacityueil
The contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of guests exceeds this number, or does not comply with the terms of the booking, the service provider is entitled to refuse the additional guests. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or a breach of contract on the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of customers greater than those refused, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains the property of the service provider.

They should therefore check whether their main home insurance policy includes a holiday rental extension. The customer certifies that he/she is covered by civil liability insurance covering his/her own liability and that of any persons accompanying him/her. However, the service provider and/or its insurance company reserve the right to hold the customer liable in the event of damage, malice and/or negligence on the part of the customer.
